Both the Canyon Star Steakhouse and the adjacent Canyon Star Saloon at The Grand Hotel at The Grand Canyon bring that old time rustic sensibility to life with exposed timber, stone, ironwork and décor that’s influenced by the area.

PLEASE NOTE: Boxed breakfast and lunch are available for purchase 7 days a week in the Gift Shop from 7:00am to 10:00am. The Canyon Star Steakhouse is open from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and the Canyon Star Saloon is open from 4:00pm to 10:00pm daily

We are the only spot at the Grand Canyon with DirecTV's NFL Sunday Ticket. You can enjoy the scenery and catch your favorite team while visiting the canyon. During college and pro games enjoy appetizer and beer specials.
